Organism and Common Name fields not populating in Geome Connector #102

There are Organism and Common Name fields appearing in the following list, which we don't have specifically in the resultset returned from Geome:

I think these are necessary for LIMS functions downstream and would like to add them, not sure how to go about this....

That's strange, those fields shouldn't appear in the search unless one of the documents has a value for them. I think they aren't meant to show up on tissues but will appear downstream if the taxonomy fields are set right.

Possibly you're seeing them since you've got Workflows and Plates checked.

Those fields are both standard Geneious fields that the LIMS will set based on taxonomy fields. Check usages of DocumentField.ORGANISM_FIELD and DocumentField.COMMON_NAME_FIELD to see how those are populated in the FIMS/LIMS.
