The Biocode LIMS plugin integrates Geneious with your lab workflow, allowing you to track processes through tissue sample, extraction, PCR, sequencing and assembly. It is best suited for large scale DNA barcoding efforts.
I became aware of this after John corrected the error where some FIMS fields were not getting pushed to LIMS.

Using the sample sample set of Geneious records sent to John for issue #139 , notice that the field "tissueBarcode" has data in it for some records -
There was once data in the equivalent of this field in GEOME's predecessor, which was then pushed to the "tissueBarcode" field in GEOME. Earlier this year, I removed all data from "tissueBarcode" for these specimens in GEOME. However, when annotating these records with GEOME data in Geneious through the Biocode LIMS, "tissueBarcode" data is retained on the local Geneious documents.
