Verify pm2 starts on boot #4

pm2 running under user account. need to verify this will spin up on boot.

found out it does not... since server was just rebooted. I followed the advice at this location to add the pm2 scripts to startup: http://pm2.keymetrics.io/docs/usage/startup/
