Gradle development/production deployment #6

We need to fix deployment issues in gradle. Local deployment works, but when attempting to deploy to development environment (on biscicol.org server) it complains about the following Classes not found: SQLServerDriver, OracleDriver, postgresqlDriver, mysql Driver, and sqlite JDBC driver.

Nothing appears on the site--- blank page, no errors!
