Issues from parametric_domain.md

[x] 1) parametric_domain is not used for running/reproducing a bco e.g. not used by execution_domain
[x] 2) the parameters exposed are NOT default values.
[x] 3) automatically generated
[x] 4) human readable
[x] 5) Value HAS to be resolved before being populated (elaborate on this @mazumder)
