Execution Domain/Script uri link not working (https://github.com/GW-HIVE/glygen-backend-integration/blob/master/pipeline/integrator/make-protein-dataset.py).

IO Domain links not working:

• Input and Output Subdomain link addresses includes test.portal.biochemistry.gwu.edu before actual link (https://test.portal.biochemistry.gwu.edu/data.glygen.org/ln2downloads/ebi/2021_04/uniprot-proteome-homo-sapiens.nt)
• GLY_000001/1.11.2 Input Subdomain link itself isn't correct (https://data.glygen.org/ln2downloads/ebi/2021_04/uniprot-proteome-homo-sapiens.nt) and results in error message on data.glygen.org
