  1. Draft SAVE THE DATE email to Tier I people and ask them to forward the email to anyone they think should be attending
  2. LinkedIn post ( needs approval)

2 months before the workshop, email the registered attendees about "what's their expectations from the workshop & how they want to use BioCompute in the future" to reconfirm their attendance 2 weeks before the workshop, email the people who haven't replied, "you have not responded, we will cancel registration unless you reply to this email."
