CFDE exportation empty domain #315

Describe the bug When exporting from CFDE, if the domains are empty (with no content), then generates a blank page when clicking on the domain

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to CFDE workflow report
  2. Click on Save BCO
  3. Go to the BCO draft on the BCO portal
  4. Error occurs when the domain is empty
