Reformat Table View #325

Table view is difficult to read, needs to be broken up a little. Pronounced when there's lots of steps (e.g. here https://biocomputeobject.org/viewer?https://biocomputeobject.org/BCO_000452/1.0).

Reformat to include section headers with a bold or big or different font, starting with step number instead of name.
