Visualize BCO Steps #476

Try to use a D3 chart like this one (or other if you want) to visualize the steps in a BCO pipeline. Pull name from name field and get connections from the URI field.

  1. Neoantigen BCO from Dennis Deam
  2. Jonathon suggested "Alignment variant calling", but no BCO yet
  3. Use a Referenced BCO from the portal.
