Change icons on the homepage #52

The current icons for Resources, Builders, BCODB, etc. are not very intuitive to follow. The name BCODB is also confusing that it's basically a place for users to search existing BCOs so that I think we should rename the tag on the homepage to "search BCO" or something more straightforward.
