Hi, Did anyone try to write a recipe for lastools? Michal

conda info lastools shows that it's in conda-forge, though apparently an older version (https://github.com/conda-forge/lastools-feedstock/). If you need a newer version, you could update that recipe, or contact the original author of the recipe to see if it would be worth bringing to bioconda.

Hi, the conda-forge recipe is a different tool to https://github.com/gt1/lastools.

Hi, started with libmaus2 which is a dependency for lastools https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/7195
