added two new lessons ... also updated navigation to reflect current lessons and changed contributing md to list all dependencies

nice. i'll deploy shortly. what do you think about including links to other classes that you commented out, when course materials are available somewhere externally? I don't know if/when these classes were taught, or if the instructor ever made the material available, but if so, might be nice to link.
