Easy template #128

This template is designed to make subsequence analysis notebooks easier. It contains boiler plate text and code which can be applied to other notebooks.

The rendered template is here.

The text for the template can be found on GoogleDocs. It may be easier to comment on the Google doc for text editing.

This notebook relies on the code in #125 and the data tables generated by the notebook in #126

This notebook is an adapted form of the original version submitted. (it has been renamed). It's pared down, to simply demonstrate sample calculations.
