Switches to following using icalico doc tools and headers
Fixes download for FTP

...I can close this, go back to the master version and try with rounds 1-15 data and the FTP download without touching the table of contents if that would be better? I realized this afternoon that I should probably re-do the notebook with rounds 1-15?
