Minor updates to template.tex and ball_legend.pdf. Updated all files in ... #21

Minor updates to template.tex and ball_legend.pdf.

Updated all files in pdfs/ to versions that are on compy. So it looks like I'm changing a lot, but it's pretty minor.

@cuttlefishh sorry to do this, but we should revert to the original logo. Also, can you please expand out the ball legend to include a grey ball, described as "Missing data"? An example of the full plot with grey balls is inline here: figure_2 global

Thanks. FYI, setting \def\yourname{foo} in macros.tex doesn't seem to get honored
