Latest ipymd does not play well with ipython notebooks #210

The newest version of ipymd (0.1.2) does not work with ipython notebooks, but works fine with jupyter. We should update to the newest versions of ipython and jupyter to take this into account.

We do need to update the system requirements or set integration. I'm in favor of moving to the new notebooks (all sorts of awesome features like find & replace, select multiple cells, etc).
