@mortonjt @RNAer @ElDeveloper can someone help sorting out what is going wrong on Travis. I think Daniel has the same issues with his PR for unifrac :-/

No idea, the unifrac build through Travis is still broken, we ended up building the packages locally and uploading directly to the website.

Hey @RNAer , looks like micronota is failing on my OSx builds. Can you have a look at those please?
