We are going to use this program for MicroProt. Original sources require manual edition because resource paths are hard coded. I created a work-around via sed replacements.
How do we handle different program versions?
@tkosciol could we use blast 2.2.22 instead of 2.2.26, because this repo has a recipe for it named "blastlegacy". Thus, we would not need to download from channel HCC.
