This is not ready to merge yet. Some information is still missing. And we should decide that we want all of this information to be on master (biocore/emp).

@tanaes This PR contains numerous updates to the EMP GitHub repo, providing information on the EMP500 to collaborators. Some information is still missing, but the outline is here. We can discuss IRL later today. 🏄
