I am happy to finally make this PR containing the data / protocols / and methods for metabolomics . Both LC and GC are included. GC informations were provided by Sneha at the PNNL.
We are still working on putting together additional annotations in the coming weeks (MS2LDA, MolNetEnh, SIRIUS), so it will be followed soon by an update.
With all these annotations available, there we will have a LOT of data to crunch 👍
