FTP username and password? #126

In the data readme, it points to an FTP server that asks for a username and password. However, these don't appear to be specified anywhere here or on the website. The defaults username password also do not appear to work. any suggestions on where to access these?

Normally FTP clients have a "guest" option; have you tried that? ... it worked for me on a Mac.
