Short tutorial on how to tell if a study is interpretable if stored in the db (i.e. if the data and metadata are of sufficient quality to interpret the results).

@EarthMicrobiomeProject/contributors, do we have someone who is willing to take this on? This should be someone who is a heavy user (but maybe not developer) on the QIIME DB.
