ENH: Delete unused code #720

Several modules in the codebase were not used anywhere. The biplots module has now been replaced by the biplot functionality available in scikit-bio, the parsing functionality is all handled elswhere or using a Pandas DataFrame, and the filtering/sorting functionality is no longer needed.
