Add lines/indicators in a custom axes #88

@antgonza suggested that being able to add an indicator to the plot ever N interval in the custom axes should be a good addition for the overall use of the program.

Yes, the idea will be to have a selector with every: day, week, month, year, n samples (any number). Now, re-thiking this, something even cooler will be that Emperor knew the separation between the samples (every 1 day, 1 hr, .5 meters, 1 inch, whatever) and creates the menu based on this.

+1 to your suggestion.

On this same note, I've been thinking on adding a way to check for "STUDY_NAME" in the metadata and if it finds one column where all the values are all the same, it should name the HTML page like that, this is useful when you have multiple tabs open with multiple studies. It's about making Emperor smarter :P
