ENH: format sample sheets #211

Using the Illumina Experiment Manager, I was able to load sheets for:

target gene on miseq
target gene on hiseq
shotgun on miseq
shotgun on hiseq

Coverage increased (+0.02%) to 92.965% when pulling e78603f064a139aeb9aa0a7004f4ef5a7e0d886f on wasade:write-sample-sheet into f92984babc33c7145a45db02db4dd09786477036 on biocore:plate-mapper-kiwi.
