New Pooling GUI #213

This depends on https://github.com/biocore/labadmin/pull/208.

Allows to upload the DNA concentration file and performs the computations of the pooling as it was computed by the different Excel files that the wet lab has.

Failures are expected due to the recent changes in the DB #212 fixes those
