Fixes Issue #130 (Metagenomics -> Metagenomic)

CI error appears to be a build issue w/Qiita and SSL. Will review later.

Looks good, my only concern is that notebooks/metagenomics_samplesheet_generator.ipynb was executed while the original version wasn't; is this OK or is better to not have it executed?

Oh sure, that's okay. All I did was clear the outputs - I tested it before clearing them.
