update examples to current katharo naming scheme. #197

The katharo naming scheme is as follows: "katharo".abbreviated project name.plate #.Well ID.CellCounts

@cbrenchy confirms current naming convention in notebooks and example csv files is "kathseq.18000.0.E11", which is missing plate# and abbreviated project name. This should be reviewed and changed.
