Cleanup iTru index combo generator #27

Unlike the other notebooks, this notebook doesn't have any text explaining what's going on. There's a few untested inline functions and there's no description of the inputs/outputs. For the reverse-complement function in the notebook we could use metapool.metapool.rc instead.

@RodolfoSalido, do you happen to know when this notbook is used?

I believe this is a one and done type of notebook. It was used to generate the unique iTru index combinations that have been referenced for years now. Good to keep around in case we want to backtrack something for troubleshooting.

Good to know. If we can add that description and any necessary example inputs to the notebook, that would probably be best.
