Created notebooks folder and moved notebooks, test_data and test_output into subfolder #61

  1. notebooks folder created & amplicon-pooling notebook moved into notebooks
  2. all remaining notebooks moved to notebooks folder
  3. test_data and test_output moved to notebooks folder @ahdilmore @cguccione

Closing this pull request because I created a new pull request which addresses issues #24 and #25 on a more up to date branch.
