The notebook should request and verify these fields (it's fine to add some notes in the notebook to clarify where they should come from):

center_name: This is information that is known by the wetlab when samples are received
experiment_design_description: If it is an ongoing project like AGP/TMI, the info is repeated in each prep by looking at other preps; If it is a new project it is from study info page - study_description
