WarningMessages and quiet_validate_and_scrub_sample_sheet() #68

quiet_validate_and_scrub_sample_sheet() returns a list of ErrorMessages and a validated sample-sheet object. However, WarningMessages are still being printed to stdout (if available) and are not included in the list of messages returned.
