We need all of the following parsers to be implemented here using the newest scikit-bio IntervalMetadata object.

[ ] infernal (@sjanssen2)
[ ] hmmer (@sjanssen2)
[ ] embl (@RNAer)
[ ] aragorn
[ ] Tandem repeat: Tandem Repeat Finder (https://tandem.bu.edu/trf/trf.html)
[ ] rho-independent transcription terminators: TransTermHP (http://transterm.cbcb.umd.edu/)
