Coverage decreased (-0.2%) to 88.569% when pulling ea488206721fa6e658850f0a86986ce7956f8e0f on merge_snakemake_rules into dc411f2bc6728b4a1911e7cae0531c71344334a6 on master.

It would be nice to have unit tests for the snakemake_helper functions!

agree re unit tests. I need to do this soon and will issue a separate PR to address.
