Add axis labels to taxa summary plots #103

Holly Menninger requested that we add axis labels to the taxa summary plots. This is a good idea, but may not happen for this release since we'll need to change parts of QIIME in order to accomplish this.

An easy step to get part of the way there would be to add the following text to the top of the pages with the taxonomy plots:

The x-axis in these plots represents time, and the y-axis represent the relative abundance of the specific taxonomic groups.
