A few miscellaneous fixes that came up when running my-microbes over the full SMP dataset:

otu_category_significance.py code can now deal with NA FDR-corrected p-values

Just one question inline and then ready for merge.

OK, that's fine. I don't think it's worth re-running, but having it be more consistent for a future run would probably be better (since now it's sometimes FDR and sometimes Bonferroni, if I understand correctly).

Thanks for the merge- I'll create a separate issue to have this changed to Bonferroni.
