Auto-generate self vs. other prefs file #122

personal_results.py should auto-generate the self vs. other prefs file that it currently accepts as input via -p. Currently, users must create a prefs file by hand for Self&&BodySite, which is a major pain and very error-prone.

The script also doesn't report an error if the prefs file is missing information for the combined category (Self&&BodySite), and instead generates plots that do not compare self to other.
