Open a new tab for each visualization #91

All of the sections change the current context of the browser when opening a visualization. It makes more sense to open a new tab, so the current page remains untouched and users can revisit the text without having to go back whilst inspecting/manipulating their data.

I suggest new tabs instead of new windows, given the info presented here.

When is the first release scheduled for? I can modify all the viz-links, probably today.
