Taxa summaries are now made compatible before creating plots. #96

Had to split summarize_taxa_through_plots.py workflow out into its individual parts and make each corresponding taxa summary file compatible so that coloring matches up between self versus other.

Removed parameter_fp script option as it is no longer needed.

This resolves issue #82.
