Update MultiQC to include QC (Atropos) log parsers #19

Atropos (my current favorite read trimmer) has a MultiQC parser and summary module in a PR on MultiQC (see https://github.com/ewels/MultiQC/pull/540). We should update our MultiQC installation to take advantage of this.

May want to either push the config path into the config file or as a parameter into the launch script

Or even using a python logger

Resolution of this issue requires depending on the development version of MultiQC, right? If so, we cannot depend on conda for this install. Should this be deferred?
