Updates for Qemistree to work with Sirius 5.

Hi Eber,

Qemistree is built in Python, but it runs in Qiime2 commands. So you don't need to run these scripts on your computer :) If you are familiar with Qiime2, Qemistree is already working if you install the sirius5 branch, specifically (there are still some more adjustments to be made before merging it to the main branch). However, there were also some changes in the Qiime2 commands, so I will update the documentation as well soon! After it is all good with the master branch, we will implement the updated version in proteomics2.

Best,

Hi Helena,

I hope you are doing well,

Sorry about the silly question (I am not very good at scripting), but in what moment do we have to run the python codes?

I hope you can help me,

Cheers, Eber
