Classyfire updates #92

This short PR updates the module get-classyfire-taxonomy such that the SMILES are url encoded before querying the web API for classification. This is necessary because SMILES can have reserved characters (+, ~, @, etc) that would not be parsed correctly by the web API without encoding.
