multi-factor permanova for bdiv comparison #887

It would be nice to be able to do two-factor permanova in qiime (compare_categories.py). Right now you have to take your data matrix to R or Primer in order to determine any interaction between your experimental factors. Simply having access to these statistical tools in qiime is wonderful, but sometimes we need to be able to construct a more complex model.
