Hyperparameter tunining with hparams in tensorboard #93

I think that logging hyperparameters and performance metrics with the tensorboard's hparams plugin would be a nice feature for anyone who uses the standalone songbird interface.

I was going to add this for personal use, @mortonjt if you're interested, I can submit a PR.
