May I know these .RData (snmDataSampleTypeWithExpStrategyFINAL.RData, snmDataDecontam4Datasets_Nov112019.RData, snmDataAndMetadataDecontamPlateCenter.RData and tcgaPathBinnedData.RData) are made up of what files? Now I only know tcgaVbDataAndMetadataAndSNM.RData consists of Metadata-TCGA-Kraken-17625-Samples.csv and Kraken-TCGA-Raw-Data-17625-Samples.csv. Sorry to bother you.
