Maybe for the private version we can add that the simplest is to use a symbolic link to link to your data. ln -s /users/bpayer/sequencing_data/Moritz_Bauer/2018-10-15_ACCTCFANXX /users/bpayer/mbauer/allele_specific_RNAseq

Well this is really depending on the user taste :) you can indicate that folder directly in the config.params file
