am running Soybean-BioCro on Soybean site in nebraska ameriflux US-NE2 and i need to compare the output to the data of ameriflux in order to compare ET , do i need to combine the values of canopy_transpiration_rate+soil_evaporation_rate of BioCro ? and for SWC use soil_water_content values, the SWC from BioCro output look quite low can it be related to issue - https://github.com/biocro/biocro/issues/26 thank very much

The soil water dynamics are being improved in the model. I would view the SWC values with some skepticism. Yes, you'll want to add those together to get total evapotranspiration rate and integrate to get the total if that's what you want. The default is an hourly time step, so you can take a sum, but if you have chosen a different time step you'll need to adjust for that.

thank for the answer ,also the soil_evaporation_rate look Way too high. if the SWC values are not the right values does it effect the crop yield/biomass?
