sambamba-markdup: not enough data in stream #376

I'm trying to use this command for a class project

sambamba-0.6.8-linux-static markdup SRR1770413.raw.sorted.bam SRR1770413.bam

and I keep getting this error

sambamba-markdup: not enough data in stream

I'm very new to computer science and I have no idea how to fix this! Any help is much appreciated.
