pypi setup #26

Hello!

Went ahead and added preliminary support to install this package through pip.

The license I attached is MIT, both it and the author information inside the newly added files need to be verified and updated.

I would have a look over the version number inside setup.py as well.

After correctly configuring these values, the next step would be uploading to pypi by running python setup.py register -r pypi

This should also close issue #25.
